ORANGE - Fresh Orange/s peeled and pips and pith removed, Carrots, Cinnamon, Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and a few blocks of ice. If I make this for breakfast, I add a hand full of rolled oats and skip the ice. Neill
SPINACH - Soft raw baby Spinach leaves, Banana, Peanut butter, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Almonds, Milk. [ sounds crazy but delicious! ] Neill
SUNDAY LUNCH - Roast Lamb, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Carrots, Steamed Peas, a Few Mint leaves, Thin Gravy. Neill
PAWPAW - Half a Pawpaw, Banana, Yoghurt, Cinnamon, Sunflower seeds, can be thinned with milk. Neill
